CRM 7377 of 2021 In Re: - An application for anticipatory bail under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in connection with Arambagh Police Station Case No. 204 of 2021 dated 23.5.2021 under Sections 498(A)/302/34 of the Indian Penal Code subsequently charge sheeted under Sections 498(A)/306/34 of the IPC.

In apprehension of arrest in connection with Arambagh Police Station Case No. 204 of 2021, dated 23.5.2021 under Section 498(A)/302/34 of the IPC in which the charge sheet has already been submitted under Section 498(A)/306/34 of the IPC, the petitioner, mother-in-law of the deceased is praying for admission on anticipatory bail. Having heard the learned advocate for the petitioner and learned advocate for the State and in consideration of the Case Diary finding omnibus allegation against the present petitioner, we are inclined to admit the petitioner on anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of like amount to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
