Mr. Manoranjan Mahata For the State Mr. Dan, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has complied with the conditions, as incorporated in the order dated 12th December, 2019 passed in C.R.M. 7456 of 2019. The petitioner surrendered before the learned Court below and obtained bail. Upon completion of investigation, charge sheet has also been submitted. Mr. Sur, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appears for the State and files a report. Let the same be kept on record. Upon hearing the learned advocates and considering the materials on record, the conditions, as incorporated in the order dated 12th December, 2019 passed in C.R.M. 7456 of 2019, to the effect that the petitioner 'shall not enter the jurisdiction of Md. Bazar P.S.' and 'shall report to the concerned officer in charge

within whose jurisdiction he shall reside while on bail once in a week until further orders' are waived.

The petitioner shall, however, attend the learned Trial Court on all the dates, as fixed for hearing.

The other conditions shall remain unaltered.

The application being CRAN 1 of 2021 is, accordingly, disposed of.
