Ms. Sima Ghosh ... for the respondent Nos. 1 to 3/claimants In Re: CAN 3 of 2025 The learned advocate representing the respondent Nos. 1 to 3/claimants had filed an application being CAN 3 of 2025 which inter alia stated that the respondent No.3 had expired on 25.03.2025. The respondent No.1/claimant has affirmed that respondent No.1 and respondent Nos. 2 had been sole surviving heirs of the respondent Nos.3.

Department is to take note of the same and expunged the name of respondent Nos.3 from the cause title of the memo of appeal.

The office of the Learned Registrar General, High Court, Calcutta is directed to disburse the awarded sum equally between respondent Nos. 1 and 2 in MAC Case No. 222 of 2013 on proof of proper identification of the respondent Nos.1 and 2/claimants subject to payment of ad valorem Court's fees. The application being CAN 3 of 2025 is disposed of. Copy of the order be sent to the Department and office of the learned Registrar General, High Court at Calcutta for immediate compliance.
