Case No. 472 of 2017 dated 22nd May, 2017 under sections 342/323/365/379/384/448/34 of the Indian Penal Code, the petitioner has filed the present application. Heard the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. Mr. Agarwala, learned advocate appearing for the State submits that the petitioner herein previously filed an anticipatory bail application being CRM No.2043 of 2019 which was dismissed on 19th February, 2019. Let a copy of the order, as produced, be kept on record.

As the petitioner's earlier application for anticipatory bail was rejected and there had been no change in the circumstances thereafter, the present application being CRM 7379 of 2021, is not maintainable and, accordingly, dismissed.
