Learned counsel appearing for the State submits that the complaint is filed in relation to West Bengal Land Reforms Act and an intimation has already been sent to the BL & LRO, Galsi I, Purba Bardhaman regarding the same. The police authorities have also taken steps against the private respondent no.7 under Sections 107/116 Cr.P.C. vide Galsi PS NCR No.383/24 dt.19/05/24.

Learned counsel appearing for the State files a report.

Heard both the parties at length.

As steps have already been taken by the Officerin-Charge, Galsi Police Station, Purba Bardhaman, the

respondent authorities are requested to ensure that no breach of peace takes place in the locale.

With the above direction the writ petition is disposed of.

No order as to costs.
