The petitioner's application for transfer on selfmedical ground is pending consideration at the end of the West Bengal Central School Service Commission. 2.
Without entering into the merit of the said application the instant writ petition stands disposed of by directing the Secretary of the West Bengal Central School Service Commission to take necessary steps to dispose of the application for transfer made by the petitioner in accordance with law at the earliest but positively within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.

If required, further health checkup of the petitioner may be conducted by the Commission, in accordance with law.
4.
If the application of the petitioner is allowed, then necessary consequential steps shall be taken without any further delay.
5.
The fate of the petitioner's application shall be made known to the petitioner immediately thereafter.
6.
Suspension of the Utsashree portal will not stand in the way of the authorities from taking steps in terms of the order passed hereinabove.
7.
The writ petition stands disposed of.
8.
Parties to act on the basis of the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
