On 29th November, 2021, when this matter was heard last, we directed this matter to be listed on 6th December, 2021 along with CAN 6983 of 2017. We made it clear in our order that in the event the appellants remain unrepresented on the adjourned date, it shall be presumed that the appellants are not interested to proceed with the matter. Moreover, it is also recorded that the defects have also not been cured by the appellants.
