Perused the case diary.

It appears that four persons were injured out of whom one received injury on the cheek near an eye. The injured was admitted in hospital for two days, as per the learned counsel for the State. It appears that the main allegations are against the present petitioner. Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary and the alleged role ascribed to the present petitioner, I do not consider this to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected. (Jay Sengupta, J.)
