2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner, on instruction, submits that the petitioner company Amit Realty Pvt. Ltd. incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956), through its authorized signatory, does not wish to proceed with the present criminal revision. It is further submitted that the petitioner seeks the leave of this Court to withdraw the instant petition and desires not to press the same.

3. Prayer is allowed.

4. Accordingly, the instant criminal revision being CRR 2620 of 2023, is hereby dismissed as not pressed.

5. Interim order/orders, if any, stand vacated.

6. All parties are to act on the server copy of this order.

7. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties, as expeditiously as possible, upon compliance with the necessary formalities in this regard.
