We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner was identified by one of the witnesses during T.I. Parade. CCTV footage of the place of occurrence also discloses the presence of the petitioner. Stolen articles have been recovered from his possession. In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials and gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
