By the order dated 1st September, 2022, Mr.

Siddiqui, learned Additional Government Pleader was asked to take proper instruction from the authority concerned as to whether this matter can be resolved to which he submits there is a difficulty on the part of the authority to resolve the matter. However, very fairly he submits that the petitioner's representation dated 18th July, 2022 being Annexure P-4 to the writ petition may be considered in accordance with law.

Considering the submission of the parties, this writ petition being WPA No.17336 of 2022 is disposed of by directing the respondent authority concerned/respondent no.4 to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order after giving an opportunity of

hearing to the petitioner or its authorized representatives within four weeks from the date of communication of this order.

It is clarified that this Court has not gone into the merit of the aforesaid representation and the authority concerned will be free to consider the aforesaid representation strictly in accordance with law. (Md. Nizamuddin, J.)
