3. It is seen that since beginning in this petition which was filed in July, 2025, the petitioner either remained absent or prayed for time. The petitioner prayed for setting aside the notice inviting tender dated 26th October, 2024.

It appears that petitioner has lost interest in the matter and the petition has rendered infructuous.

4. The PIL is, accordingly, dismissed having rendered infructuous.

5. No order as to costs.
