1. None appears on behalf of the writ petitioners. Mr. Dhiraj Trivedi, learned Deputy Solicitor General of India appearing on behalf of the Union of India is however, present. Ms.
Banerjee, learned advocate appearing for the respondent no. 8 is also present.
2. Though none appears on behalf of the writ petitioners in connection with the instant interlocutory application, however, it reveals to us that by filing the instant interlocutory application, the writ petitioners have prayed for recalling of the order dated 18.12.2025, as passed in the writ petition,
whereby and whereunder the instant writ petition was dismissed for want of prosecution.
3. On careful perusal of the pleadings, as made in the instant interlocutory application, we are satisfied that the writ petitioners have duly explained the reason of the non-appearance of their learned advocate on record of the writ petitioners on 18.12.2025.
4. In view of such, prayer is allowed.
5. Consequently, order of dismissal dated 1812.2025, as passed in WPA(P) 353 of 2022 is hereby recalled. Consequently, WPA(P) 353 of 2022 is restored to its original file and number.
