1. Leave is granted to the learned Advocate-on-record for the petitioner to correct the cause title in CRAN 1 of 2023 as well as in the application for bail by incorporating the name of the petitioner as 'Pabitra Sardar @ Paritosh Sardar' in stead and place of 'Pabitra Sarkar @ Paritosh Sardar'. Necessary amendment to the cause title of the application be made in course of the day.

2. Department is directed to make necessary corrections to that effect in the order dated 15th September, 2023.

3. Other portions of the order shall remain the same.

4. The application being CRAN 1 of 2023 is disposed of.
