Ms. Juthika Verma, learned advocate on behalf of the petitioner submits that there is no instructions from the petitioner.
Perused the order impugned. Briefly stated that suit was filed against the petitioner by the opposite party nos. 3 to 12 being Title Suit No. 7 of 1993 for recovery of possession by evicting the petitioner. The petitioner took out an application under Section 10 of the Code of Civil Procedure seeking stay of all further proceedings of Title Suit No. 7/1993 till the disposal of Title Suit No. 218 of 1991.
By the order impugned learned trial court was pleased to reject the said application. The order impugned does not manifest any jurisdictional error or perversity.
The revisional application does not merit any consideration and is dismissed.
The interim order of stay, if any, stands vacated. The applications, if any, stands disposed of. Let a copy of this order be sent down to the learned trial court for necessary compliance.
