D/L 64 20.03.2025 Kausik ct.no.35 W.P.A. 17736 of 2024 Bablu Manna

Versus

The State of West Bengal & Ors.

Mr. Subrata Bhattacharjee Mr. Hirak Basu ...for the petitioner.

Mr. Akash Dutta ...for the state.

Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that he is unable to construct his boundary wall and his water connection has been disrupted.

Learned advocate for the State is present.

I have considered the submissions, the issue relating to construction of boundary wall, if the same is resisted would in the circumstances better be drawn to the notice of the jurisdictional civil court.

So far as the disruption of water supply is concerned, the police authorities would inspect and if they find that there is a disruption, they would take steps in respect of the relevant provisions of violation of BNS, 2023. However, for the aforesaid, the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh representation before the Parnashree Police Station.

The Officer-in-charge of the concerned police station would on receipt of such representation take steps within a period of 4 weeks.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 17736 of 2024 is disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
