The writ petitioner claims that the private respondents are effecting constructions over the property belonging to him. It is also submitted that the private respondents have threatened him.

Counsel for the private respondents submits that T. S. No. 393 of 2011 has been filed by the petitioner against his clients before the Civil Judge(Junior Division) at Tamluk, Purba Medinipur. The said Civil Court has ordered that the parties maintain status quo in respect of the scheduled property.

In the event of any violation of the Civil Court's order, the petitioner may approach the Civil Court for enforcement of the same in accordance with law. The O. C., Panskura Police Station shall ensure that there is no breach of peace in the area. The writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
