Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, the husband of the deceased was granted bail by the coordinate Bench on December 17, 2019 in C.R.M. 11900 of 2019. The petitioner was subsequently arrested. Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the contents of the case diary. Considering the fact that the husband of the deceased was granted bail on December 17, 2019 by the co-ordinate Bench and considering the age of the petitioner and her period of detention, we grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, we direct that the petitioner shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties

of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM, Serampore, Hooghly, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the trial court on every date of hearing until further orders and shall not intimidate the witnesses and/or tamper with evidence in any manner whatsoever.
