1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. Despite service, the de facto complainant is not represented.
3. Considering the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure directly implicating the petitioner with regard to the offence under Section 354 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
4. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
