Having considered the materials on record and bearing in mind recovery of a large volume of Fake Indian Currency Notes amounting to Rs. 30,000/- from the possession of the petitioner, we are of the opinion in view of the gravity of the offence this is not a fit case to grant bail to the petitioner.
