1. With the consent finally heard.

2. The grievance highlighted in this PIL is in relation to alleged illegal filling up the water body of the locality with the help of State Authority by importing the outsiders.

3. The petitioners made a representation before the concerned respondent authorities alleging, inter alia, with regard to the unlawful filling up the water body at Domkal in Dag No.1332(LR), Khatian No. LR, 2245, 2446, 2447, 3018.

4. The State has not taken any steps yet on the said representation.

5. Considering the above, the respondent no.4 is directed to consider the representation of the petitioners within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of the order and pass a reasoned order in accordance with law by affording an opportunity of

hearing to all the interested parties and communicate the same thereafter to the petitioners.

6. With the aforesaid, this PIL is disposed of without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case.
