The video footage was partly perused by the learned advocates representing the petitioner in the presence of the learned advocates representing the respondents.

It has been submitted that it will take a long time to peruse the entire footage.

It appears from the submissions, made on behalf of all the parties that the issues in the instant writ

petition cannot be decided by this Court. Evidence may be required to adjudicate the issues raised herein. In view of the above, the instant writ petition stands disposed of.

It will be open for the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum in accordance with law, if permissible. Leave is granted to the learned advocate-on-record of the State respondents to take back the video footages from the office of the learned Registrar General and return the same to the appropriate authority. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
