Mr. Kabir, learned advocate appearing for the State submits that the victim girl had been recovered from Village Mardi, Police Station Toluka (North Solapur), District Solapur, Maharashtra on 20th September, 2022 and was produced before the 'Child Welfare Committee, Solapur, Maharashtra'. Thereafter, she was produced before the 'Child Welfare Committee, Berhampore, Murshidabad' on 24th September', 2022 and as per direction of the 'Child Welfare Committee, Berhampore, Murshidabad', the victim girl was kept at 'Shilayan Home for Girls, Berhampore, Murshidabad' and she is presently staying there. She was also produced before the learned

Judicial Magistrate, 1st Court, Berhampore, Murshidabad and her statement under Section 164 of the Code was recorded. Mr. Kabir further submits that the principal accused, namely, Sangeet Shaikh has already been arrested and is presently in custody. Let the documents, as produced, be kept on record.

Since the victim girl has already been recovered and is presently residing at 'Shilayan Home for Girls, Berhampore, Murshidabad', no further interference is called for in the present writ petition.

The habeas corpus petition being WPA (H) 48 of 2022 is, accordingly, disposed of.
