It appears from the record that a notice of hearing was issued on September 12, 2022. No decision of such hearing appears to have been communicated to the petitioners in writing.
Mr. Bhattacjarjee, learned Sr. Standing Counsel representing the State submits that in the event any hearing has been conducted by the said authority pursuant to the notice dated September 12, 2022, the decision of such hearing shall be communicated to the petitioners within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a server copy of this order. Such submission of Mr. Bhattacharjee is placed on record.
The writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid observations.
