Inadvertent error had crept in the order dated 4th November, 2024 in paragraph no. 3. The word "learned Chief Judicial Magistrate" wrongly recorded as "learned Chief Judicial Magiswtrate", same is corrected and be read as "learned Chief Judicial Magistrate".

All other portions of the said order shall remain unaltered.

The Department is directed to take necessary steps for correction.
