Learned Senior Counsel representing the petitioner submits that there are some incurable defects in the application. In view of the same, the petitioner would not like would press the same and would file a proper application afresh.

On the prayer of the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed.

However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner from filing an appropriate application afresh on the self-same ground.
