1. Habeas Corpus writ petition is at the behest of the wife claiming her husband went missing and, the police not taking action with regard thereto.

2. State is represented.

3. Report submitted on behalf of the State be taken on record.

4. It appears from the records produced that, the police registered a First Information Report bearing No.171 of 2024 dated April 17, 2024 under Sections 365/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 in respect of the husband of the writ petitioner.

5. The husband of the writ petitioner was recovered. He was produced before the jurisdictional Court where, he recorded a statement under Section 183 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. In such statement, he stated that, he left voluntarily and that, there were certain matrimonial disputes between him and the writ petitioner.

6. Husband of the writ petitioner is an adult. He was recovered. He recorded a statement under Section 183 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.

7. In such circumstances, we find no ground to continue with the present petition.
