By this writ petition, petitioner has made a very innocuous prayer for direction upon the CIT (Appeals) concerned to consider and dispose of the pending appeal in question which has been filed on 30th March, 2015 as appears from page 20 of the writ petition.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case this writ petition being WPA 16865 of 2023 is disposed of by directing the respondent CIT (Appeals) concerned to consider and dispose of the pending appeal in question filed by the petitioner positively within three months from the date of communication of this order since already more than eight years have been passed after filing the appeal in question.
