The petitioner's application seeking transfer was rejected by the District Inspector of Schools without disclosing any reason way back in the year 2021. 2.

The petitioner made further application but the same was returned to the petitioner by the head of the institution with the remark that the District Inspector of Schools returned the application just five day's back.

The petitioner presses for transfer.

It appears that a considerable period of time has elapsed from the date the prayer of the petitioner for transfer stood rejected.

In view of the above, the instant writ petition stands disposed of with the observation that it will be open for the petitioner to make fresh application offline seeking transfer in the prescribed format before the head of the institution disclosing reason for the same.

The head of the institution shall consider the prayer of the petitioner in accordance with the prevailing transfer rules.

If the prayer of the petitioner is allowed, then necessary consequential steps shall be taken by the authority at the earliest but positively within a period of eight weeks from the date of filing of the application. 8.

The fate of the petitioner's application shall be made known to the petitioner immediately thereafter. 9.

Suspension of the Utsashree portal will not stand in the way of the authorities from taking steps in terms of the order passed hereinabove.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Parties to act on the basis of the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
