None appears on behalf of the petitioner. On an earlier occasion also none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that the relief claim by the petitioner does not subsist, in view of the disposal of the body by the police authorities after waiting for a period of three months for the relatives to claim the same.

However, as the petitioner is not before this Court, the writ petition is dismissed for default.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
