Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that in spite of informing Haridevpur Police Station, no steps have been taken.
Learned advocate for the State, on the other hand, submits that no information has been received by the police authorities.
Having considered that the petitioner being a lady is subjected to sufferance, I direct that the petitioner would with the representation, report to Haridevpur Police Station. The same be acknowledged by the concerned police station. If from the accusation any cognizable offence is made out or noncognizable offence is made out, police authorities would act in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid observations, WPA 17338 of 2025 is disposed of.
There will be no order as to costs.
All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
