This is an application under Article 215 of the Constitution of India read with the Contempt of Court's Act, 1971 filed by the petitioner.

This application was filed on 8th October 1998, when the petitioner, Shri Subhas Chandra Guha was aged about 63 years.

The application was filed seeking punishment of the contemnors / respondents for violation of the order dated 13th November 1998 passed by a learned Single Bench in W.P. 4127 (W) of 1998. Since, filing of the application, none moved the application. The aforesaid circumstances indicate that the petitioner was or is not interested to proceed with the contempt application on hand.

Therefore, the contempt application is dismissed for non-appearance of the petitioner.

Let this contempt application along with the order passed today be tagged with the main file by the concerned department.
