The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail.

Learned advocate for the petitioners submits that the son of the petitioners filed police complaint at the instigation of the daughter-inlaw. Learned advocate for the State draws the attention of the Court to the injury report of the victim.

Considering the materials in the case diary, relationship between the victim and the petitioners, gravity of offence, we grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

The prayer for anticipatory is, thus, allowed. Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioners shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and on further condition that the petitioner nos. 1 and 2 shall meet the Investigating Officer once in a fortnight until further orders and petitioner nos. 3 and 4 will cooperate with the investigation. The application for anticipatory bail is, thus, allowed. (Debangsu Basak, J.)
