Hasanuz Zaman, Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that there is a typographical mistake in the order dated 9th September, 2021 and he prays for correction of the same.

On perusal of the order dated 9th September, 2021, it is revealed that in the paragraph no.3 instead of "The issue is being considered by this Court in WPA 34291 of 2016 titled as Kamarul Hassan & Anr. Vs. Union of India and Ors.

comprehensively", it should be read as "The issue is being considered by this Court in WPA 34291 of 2014 titled as Kamarul Hassan & Anr. Vs. Union of India and Ors. comprehensively".

The other portion of the order dated 9th September, 2021 shall remain the same.

The parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
