Mr. Badri Narayan Kar Mr. Biswabrata Basu Mallick Mr. Avishek Prasad ...for the alleged contemnor The contempt proceeding has been initiated for violation of the order dated 20th December, 2022 passed by a coordinate Bench on the connected writ petition. Today, Mr. Avishek Prasad, learned advocate is representing the alleged contemnor and submits that the order dated 20th December, 2012 has been complied with. Notice of this Court has been drawn to the relevant part of the order dated 13th October, 2023 passed by the coordinate Bench on this contempt application wherein it has been observed that in the event no one appears on behalf of the applicant on the adjourned date it will be deemed that the order has been complied with on making necessary payment.

Accordingly, the contempt application stands disposed of and the contempt proceeding stands dropped. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
