The petitioners seek waiver of the bail conditions imposed upon them directing them to report to the Officer in charge of the concerned P.S. once in a fortnight and not to enter Raninagar P.S. except to attend the Court proceedings. It appears that the petitioners have complied with the bail conditions imposed upon them. Nothing adverse has been reported against them.

In view of the above, the bail conditions imposed upon the petitioners directing them to report to the Officer in charge of the concerned P.S. once in a fortnight and not to enter Raninagar P.S. except to attend the Court proceedings are waived.

However, the other conditions of bail shall continue. CRAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.
