Petitioner has approached this Court as his representation to the Inspector-in-Charge, Golabari Police Station did not yield any result. Petitioner's main grievance is that there had been commercial transaction for which the petitioner claimed that inferior quality of goods were supplied by the respondent nos.5 and 6 and when they were asked to take return of the goods, the respondents refused to take back the same and claimed money.

Police authorities have submitted report.

Report reflects that there are several creditors for which the petitioner is not available in the locality. Police authorities have already drawn up proceedings under Section 126 of the BNSS for maintaining peace and tranquility.

Petitioner lastly prays for protection of the family members.

Be that as it may, the creditors will definitely demand for refund of the money. However, police authorities would interfere in case there is violation of law and order.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 16805 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
