Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was falsely implicated. The petitioner in fact lodged the complaint with regard to the false identification of person being awarded Government employment.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention to the materials in the case diary. There are materials in the case dairy implicating the petitioner. Apparently, a racket is at work with regard to the issuance of fake appointment letters.

In such circumstances, the need for custodial interrogation of the petitioner cannot be overlooked. Consequently, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected. CRM (A) 3713 of 2022 is dismissed.
