1. It is submitted by the alleged contemnors that the fingerprint and handwriting reports of the petitioner has been received from the testing authority. The reports are in favour of the petitioner. The case of petitioner is now referred to the SSC for revision of the result of the petitioner.

2. It is expected that the SSC shall take a decision in the matter, within a period of 3 weeks from date, mandatorily and positively.

3. Hence, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the contempt application.

4. CPAN 1127 of 2024 shall stand disposed of.

5. Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

6. There shall be no order as to costs.

7. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all formalities.
