The issue of unauthorized construction has been decided by the Pradhan and the Pradhan is of the opinion that unauthorized construction exists as complained by the petitioner. The Pradhan has forwarded the documents to the Sub-Divisional Officer, Diamond Harbour Sub-division for taking necessary steps.

It will be open for the petitioner to pursue the matter before the Sub-Divisional Officer for implementation of the order of demolition.

No further order is required to be passed in this contempt petition.

Accordingly, the contempt petition is disposed of and the rule is discharged.

Affidavit of compliance filed by the alleged contemnor in Court today be kept with the record.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon compliance of all formalities, on priority basis.
