Mr. Soumava Mukherjee Mr. Subhankar Chatterjee ..........for the petitioner The petitioner submits that the order passed by this Court on 15th May, 2023 in WPA 4149 of 2023 was partly set aside by the Division Bench on 27th July, 2023. The writ petition was directed to be listed before the appropriate Court in the week beginning 21st August, 2023.

Since nothing further remains in the contempt petition and this Court does not have the determination to hear the writ petition, the writ petition shall be listed before the appropriate Bench. CPAN 972 of 2023 is accordingly disposed of.
