Both the parties are not represented.

The instant revisional application is preferred by the petitioner challenging the impugned order dated 19th April, whereby the Learned Trial Court rejected the application filed under Order 6 Rule 17 of the Code of Civil Procedure.

Being aggrieved by and dissatisfied with the impugned order passed by the Learned Trial Court the present revisional application is preferred.

It appear that the present revision application is pending since long from the year 2013 and accordingly there is reasonable ground to believe that the petitioner has lost his interest to proceed with the present application. So, there is no option left but to dismiss the present revisional application.

Accordingly, revisional application being CO 1995 of 2013 is hereby dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

There will be no order as to costs.
