Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner was falsely implicated. He submits that, in a previous police complaint, he was implicated. He shifted his place of business. Police however, tried to extract money from the petitioner. The petitioner complained to the higher police authorities on November 11, 2021. It is thereafter that, the petitioner was sought to be implicated in the present police complaint, which was lodged on November 6, 2021.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that, the investigation are at a nascent stage. He opposes the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail.

Considering the materials in the case diary and considering the fact that the petitioner made a complaint to the higher police officials on November 11, 2021 and considering the fact that the present investigation are at the nascent stage, we grant interim bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest the petitioner shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/-, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and also be subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. Interim bail will continue till January 7, 2022 or until further orders, whichever is earlier. List the application under the same heading on December 13, 2021. The police will submit a report on the further investigation.
