The petitioner prays for consideration of his representation which is at Annexure -'P-3' of the writ application by the District Inspector of Schools (Primary Education), Murshidabad.

I direct the concerned District Inspector of Schools to give an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and hearing can be given for maximum three times and, thereafter a reasoned order is to be passed by the D. I. by 31st January, 2023 and to serve a copy of the said reasoned order upon the petitioner by two weeks after the order is passed.

The petitioner is directed to communicate a copy of this order to the said D. I. of Schools (Primary Education).

If the result of the hearing and considering the papers of the petitioner goes in favour of the petitioner, necessary steps are to be taken by the authorities so that the petitioner can get the relief, as has been prayed for within a reasonable time but not more than eight weeks from the date of such decision which will be taken after the hearing and direction for communication whereof has already been given above.

With the above observation and direction the writ application is disposed of.
