Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a pregnant of 17 weeks. Learned counsel submits that petitioner is a married lady. Allegedly the petitioner was in some relation with the deceased and as she was married with some other boy at the instance of her family, the petitioner committed suicide. Learned counsel submits that besides on merits petitioner being a pregnant woman may be admitted to bail.

Learned counsel for the States submits that as per statement of a witness recorded under Section 161 Cr.P.C., there was verbal due between the petitioner and the deceased on the day of incident. It has come of the submission of the learned counsel for the State that there is no suicide note. The petitioner is a pregnant woman of 17 weeks. The trial may take a long time.
Taking into account the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that petitioner is pregnant, the jurisdiction of bail can be exercised.

Taking into facts and circumstances, petitioner is admitted to bail on furnishing a personal bond of Rs.10,000/- with a surety of the like amount. Subject to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Kalna, Purba Bardhaman. Subject to the following conditions:- (i) The petitioner shall not contact any of the prosecution witnesses in any manner.
(ii) The petitioner shall meet the investigating Officer as and when directed.
(iii) The petitioner shall not shift his residence nor shall travel abroad without permission of the learned trial court.

The application for bail is allowed.

All parties shall act on the basis of the server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. 6.
Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
