Counsel for the petitioner submits that he has been paid some of the dues of the Insurance Company to the tune of Rs.7,19,294/- together with some interest.

In that view of the matter, nothing further remains to be decided in the contempt application. Hence, the instant contempt application shall stand disposed of.

Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

There will be no order as to costs.
