It has been submitted that on 28th August, 2023 the learned advocates, Mr. Sumon Ghosh and Mr. Siddhartha Ghosh appeared on behalf of the State respondents but inadvertently their names have not been recorded in the order.

Let the names of Mr. Sumon Ghosh and Mr. Siddhartha Ghosh learned advocates representing the State respondents be reflected in the order sheet dated 28th August, 2023.

The order dated 28th August, 2023 is corrected accordingly. The remaining part of the said order will remain unaltered.
