It may be noted that the WBSEDCL is being represented through learned counsel on all the occasions.

Thus, it appears that the petitioners do not have any further interest to proceed with the matter. Hence, W.P.A. No. 17390 of 2022 is dismissed for default without, however, any order as to costs.
