In view of the report submitted and the petitioner has been granted bail almost one and half years ago, I am of the opinion that the conditions so imposed be modified to the extent that, in case, the petitioner intends to enter into the jurisdiction of Raidighi police station, he would inform the Inspector-incharge/Officer-in-charge of the concerned police station, thereafter, he can enter the jurisdiction of the concerned police station.

With the aforesaid observations, CRAN 3 of 2026 is disposed of.
