Heard learned advocates appearing for the parties. In this writ petition, petitioner has prayed for a very innocuous prayer directing the Assistant Commissioner of State Tax Baruipur/respondent no.3 to consider and dispose of his representation dated 19th August, 2021. Considering such prayer of the petitioner this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent concerned to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation dated 19th August, 2021 in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or its authorised representatives within four weeks from the date of

communication of this order and to communicate his decision to the petitioner within one week thereafter. With this observation and direction, this writ petition being WPA No.17951 of 2021 is disposed of. Since this writ petition has been filed at the motion stage without calling for affidavits, allegation contained in the writ petition shall be deemed to have been denied by the respondents.
